Our Story
White Oak Consulting started with one person and a simple belief: business owners deserve better than the bare minimum from their finance team.
So in November 2023, our founder Kathleen took the leap on her own.
Within a year, that leap turned into a team, when White Oak hired its first team member and the "I" became a "we."
From there, growth kept building on itself.
What started as one person with a dream to create freedom for herself, has since tripled in size, with team members now spread across Canada, serving established business owners in provinces far beyond where White Oak began.
Now, we have the opportunity to provide that freedom once dreamed of for not only our clients, but our team members.
